Well, another possible reason for shipping sound-juicer is that it's  
part of core GNOME these days, if that makes any kind of difference.

No.  I've actually removed from the spec altogether now, as most apps  
don't actually seem to use it (totem and sound-juicer certainly  
don't, AFAIK).
