Not sure if this make any difference (or even make the things worse), but have you tried to wipe data/cache?

Check at [1] the step 12. It seems to play a significant role [2] on flashing CM10 custom rom.

Unfortunately not having a device here makes it difficult to give you a better feedback. :(

I've seen that there is a manifest for this device type on mozilla's github repository, so probably there are people that can help you more than me. :)
