oops sorry, I was confused about the manifest... :(
I don't know why, but I was looking on the hamachi manifest and thinking
that was relative with primoc.
Anyway from my experience (which is unfortunately not big), I think that
even with some errors on the data partition, the system should be work
and the adb should be running.
I have been talking with a friend of mine who owns a htc one v device
and we will try to build b2g, the next week, based on your manifest and
see if we can give you further feedback.
I have only one question because I am not familiar with the one v device
and the two versions the primou and the primoc. You have included into
your manifest the ics branch of LI0ir/primoc which uses a extract.sh for
extracting blobs into vendor/htc/primou and not primoc. Do you think
that this could cause any problem on the build process?

It makes no difference to wipe cache/data (for reference, I have to wipe /data
from recovery, since HTC won't let you touch it at all apparently from fastboot)
I've been able to flash CM10 on the same device, since it doesn't have an
explicit step to flash something over /data, which is where my problem seems to
lie.
Can you post a link to this manifest you saw there? I did a search on github
and only found a link to my own fork.
