This means that you did an engineering build. You'll find a ton of apps used for testing on your phone, those are harmless and you can just delete them, and you'll also have quite a few debugging options enabled. If you intend to hack on the phone I'd say this is optimal, if on the other hand you need a regular build you'll have to rebuild. I think you'll need both: first of all flash the 1.1 ROM and wipe the backup-inari folder from your build dir. Rebuild so that the build system will pull the updated libraries / drivers from your phone.
