Hi Ben! Thanks for taking the time to review the spec and provide feedback.
I totally agree that the difference between Tracking Protection (TP) and Do Not Track (DNT) is a very subtle difference that will be lost on most users. For now though, both TP and DNT are in Settings and it was our goal to try and make that subtlety more clear and obvious than the current implementation. But I would love to see DNT dropped out of Settings as it feels redundant. Can you champion this cause?
