I'm not sure if dropping DNT is a good solution. It seems to me that we fought hard to champion DNT and get vendors onboard together with online services. I also have the feeling that it's became a brand like feature recognised by the general public. It makes complete sense to merge into a more global settings, but it'd rather clearly state that this settings does both PT AND DNT.
