Thanks to you all, also thanks to runger for your short guide of how to start
in that whole thing.

I've been developing in PHP for almost 4 years, and what I liked about it most
was the large loads of available resources. for instance writing "Code Igniter
Video Tutorial" in google will give you impressive results.. other sample would
be Drupal, the worst scenario is to buy a 1000 pages book and read it, then you
know how to Drupal.

In Java, things doesnt seem to work that way, while there are few helpful sites
and books to lead you into java, the more you want to know the less helpful
results you get. I've found no impressive videos about J2EE, nor Magnolia. I've
tried youtube for magnolia and every result came from this site. there is one
small 10 mins sample about Groovy that writes a litttttttttttle of code and my
eyes were all tears, are Java people so clever they dont need samples or anyone
to lead them. I'm sorry this might sound cheesy to some people, but thats what
is happening

ahietala , and fgrili thanks for the links but what my AWESOME boss want us to
do right now is to migrate a complete site from Drupal to Java not so fun

I'm trying to edit the pop theme but I'm not so optimistic about it ...also
I've decided to dedicate this weekend for java

God Bless all
