Great discussion - Thanks all for your inputs and recommendations!

Based on consensus, starting with a new award - "Rookie PR of the Month"
#rookieprotm.

Will send out an email shortly on dev-list for voting, so we can start
receiving nominations for the month of November.

Since this is our first addition to the existing "Top PR of the Month"
award, we will continue to evolve to a better state, and improvise based on
learnings from our experimental run.

Looking forward to your votes/suggestions!
