Hi, I think a quick release 0.28 with the GSOC work and after that a 0.30 with euml (I'm tired of negative evaluation reports for ArgoUML because of "supporting UML 1.4 only"), Eclipse RCP, Undo and distributed model (thus adressing the two issues with more than 170 votes) is most reasonable.
I can collect the contents of this thread in the wiki as soon as we have it.
