I think the old and efficient solution of having a flag in the top of 
the page (or as higher as we can) would be nice for now.

I also believe that there are too many items in our home page... and as 
a user, I would never look for international versions of the website in 
the list of 'subprojects'...

(in fact, I would put just half of the things we actually have in the 
first page in it... welcome, dowloads, latest news, start now, donate 
ant misc...)
