Hello all!
I am glad to see this much enthusiasm about the technical parts of this but
my initial suggestion was to abandon this to focus the Tigris site entirely
on the creative community.
The other-languages communities are mostly interested for users and for the
users we have another site, the www.argouml-users.net site.
One of the reasons for establishing that site outside of the Tigris
infrastructure was to have more control on this kind of things. I man not
sure exactly what we can do but I am sure Lukasz can answer all those
technical questions about that site.
To take this next step towards a more specialized users' site we should make
sure that the frontpage of the www.argouml-users.net site contains
everything that the users would be interested from the
argouml.tigris.orgsite and then start removing the users' stuff from
the
argouml.tigris.org site.
At the same time we could start creating translations within the wiki, once
we have decided for the best way of handling different translations within
the wiki.

Come to think of it, I should move the Download statistics page to the users
wiki.
