I tend to agree. Sevak is not an indipendent App, but something that is very tied to our needs. It's an App, but conceptually it's a big "component" that we use.
I'd leave it where it is.

After the moves of non-core stuff that Paul is pursuing, avalon-apps could become part of the "components" part of Avalon.
