Aaron: With all due respect - you have not provided any evidence supporting this. A decision by the Avalon PMC would be documented under a vote result in accordance with the policies and procedures. According to Stefano no such vote was held. As such a claim that a decision was made by the PMC is plainly incorrect. While this may be an administrative oversight - I'm concerned that the actions taken and the justifications provided to the board of directors are grounded on facts and established procedures and that in no way do we create the potential for the accusation of a whitewash. > I have made my recommendations to the Board based on those discussions > and the Board will make its decision.
