We'll see what emerges, but I don't know how palatable changing over to Loom

I don't think Excalibur is very interested in hosting Phoenix. The feeling I've gotten from the developers there is that they prefer Loom.
Noel, you might want to bring these issues up with Excalibur and Loom directly.
It is my understanding that Loom can run Pheonix apps out of the box.
