1) As part of this ticket, i think its our duty then to create a JIRA for this
in upstream hadoop - and debate there - what the solution of
DFSConfigKeys.DFS_PERMISSIONS_SUPERGROUP_KEY is.
2) FWIW {{+ "root_user":"hdfs"}} was what we called it in BIGTOP-1200.
3) Sorry i will get a bigtop vm spun up tomorrow to actually run this ! Have
been very busy this week.
