I didn't pay attention that Riak installs Solr on its own
http://docs.basho.com/riak/latest/ops/advanced/configs/search/#JVM-Installation
So we need just to install java and Basho's yokozuna is taking care for the
Solr process.
I left the Solr ports as an integer config since it is used just for the
riak.conf file, these ports do not have to be exposed.
