+1 If we can settle on Quad (pull request 19) - then we can include that as well which makes a nice release - otherwise let's just do a point release with the smaller improvements.
The parser API branch need a bit more work to settle, so I would not want to delay a release for that. I can be RM unless you want to have a go, Lewis?
