Hm.. but we're not in that KEYS file yet (but maybe we should?) - but instead our own little file at:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/commonsrdf/KEYS similarly RCs would go to https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/commonsrdf/ and the release tar balls to https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/commonsrdf/ As an incubator member you should have write access there.
