The only other translation team list I can find at the ASF is the OO.org
one:

So perhaps we can copy them and go for [email protected].

It might also be interesting to take a look at how they have things set up
there.

I spotted this too:

And if you browse the archives, they seem to be using Pootle to collect
translations. In fact, we actually have an ASF instance of this which we
can start using right away.
