You are right. This suggestion covers constructive messages that would be more 
appropriate for a different list.

What I'm talking about is messages that are not helpful in moving the project 
forward. They have no actionable or useful content. Unlike other suggestions on 
the list, this is where the moderator cannot find any real content.

Niclas's message in this thread is an example of what I'm talking about. How 
does that message help move the project forward?
