I did not just summarize point 5, because I think that level of detail is
appropriate.  And egads, that list of items makes me mad just thinking
about them so: trigger warning.

In one point though there's a minor problem in the document now:
"revealing private information" is now listed twice with two different
consequences (one suggesting reformulation and re-sending, one threatening
escalation and more serious consequences).  Any ideas on how we'd like to
resolve that conflict?
