Additionally, we consider that we should include the feedback of the coordinators to show what barriers we encountered. This additional part of the report should be finished by the beginning of June. Some issues encountered - To promote the program we must go through someone else which results in slower communication timelines. When calling for mentors and sending updates to the community, we depend on a third person (Sally) to send these communications, this dependency makes the process of promoting the program and keeping the community updated very slow. is there another alternative or a way to speed the process up? - We received some messages from members of the community offering to help but the help did not arrive. Internships period: May 19, 2020, to Aug. 18, 2020. Our four interns started the internship yesterday, May 19th. Our Outreachy interns are: 1. Aashna Jena 2. Omair 3. Ephraim Anierobi 4.
