Promoting Outreachy to get mentors to sign up. We've had a lot of trouble in the past trying to figure out appropriate email lists to send out messages to (see the whole committers@ discussion a few months ago). There was pushback when Katia tried mailing out to everyone, so we asked Sally to send out a message. It was done once, and I eventually sent a follow up, but there's very little help here in getting the word out to PMCs.
