Okay enough ranting and raving. It does not help fix anything. I can see that what is needed is a step-by-step procedure for the naive user. Fortunately we have one who can help us, Jean are you listening? I am willing to help Jean get organized and setup but I also need her expertise in recording what a windows/solaris user needs. Setting up a VPN, which is what the tunnel is, is too terribly difficult but it does require some basic understanding of how everything fits together.
