Unfortunately, I then got an error message in the terminal window: "Server refused our key" and asked for my password. When I typed it in, I got "Access denied." Sigh...
what platform did you use to build your SSH keypair? I tried to use Cygwin and also Putty-keygen in Windows, but both failed, so i had to make another one in my Linux box in re-upload (and waiting for support to upload it again) perhaps, you should make them in somebody's Linux box and copy that to your computer or probably use LiveCD Linux, such as Knoppix to build your SSH (if they have openSSH package on it)
dont forget to add your private key in pageant or it won't work
I think Putty-keygen doesn't make the same SSH keypair than the original openSSH does (Louis had write that in the SSH Guide and it is true)
