[documentation-dev] Updating FAQs to show OOo2.0 instructions

Hi Everyone,

If/when you are updating FAQs from 1.1 (or 1.0 in some cases) to 2.0, I think it
would behoove the community to keep older data in place, while adding newer data
for each version.

Why?

Win95 users are stuck at OpenOffice.org version 1.0.3.1.

Mac users are at 1.1.2, I think.

And 2.0 has some different steps.

All of this should be considered to help the widest audience.
