Hi Maarten,

Do you think that

http://test.openoffice.org/help

does the job better than

http://support.openoffice.org ?

It does the job *much* better but it currently has less information
than the support page. One thing I am not sure about is how to
define the term "support". It seems like you subsume all sorts
of help someone can get for resolving problems with the software.

The question is whether this page should be the primary hub
for leading people to documentation resources or if the page
should point to the main documentation page (on the web or on
the wiki) and make the refinement there. I don't know.

I will put my feedback to the wiki page on
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Website/Content/help

I like the side note style with the bird. On the support
page, you mention the possibility of getting professional support.
Where will this point to?

Thanks for your efforts
Frank
