I am travelling for the next week, with no time to read the draft, but when I get back I will do so.
One thing I want to do, when everyone is happy with the content, is give it a thorough edit and fix any formatting problems such as bad page breaks or figures wandering away from where they should be. The last time I looked at the previous Setup Guide, it had a lot of problems that made it look less professional than it should be.
