Hello Clayton and Valden,

I'll look it through see if I can improve it.

Maybe something like this:

Note: To install OpenOffice.org for multiple users on the same computer please see Multiple User Environment under Windows.

Note: If you receive the error message "Internal error 2755.110" while installing OpenOffice.org, you can:
   1. Right-click the folder OpenOfficeorg 3.x Installation Files.
   2. Click Properties > Advanced.
3. Remove the check next to Encrypt contents to secure data and click OK
(the steps might need some work still)

Added. Will look more into the Windows chapter later. All the pictures makes it hard to make it tidy.

Thoughts:
  - Do these steps apply to Vista? or only XP? What about Windows 7?
- Does this error still happen? This error is not mentioned in the Wiki docs anywhere... I am wondering if it was something unique to a very old version of OOo.
I couldn't find any information about where this info came from. Lets keep it as Win XP still is around a lot...

all operating systems, I think that we should only work with documentation that show how to perform installation, uninstallation and administration using OUR installation packages. If we reach out too far, it will look like we are responsible for the packaged versions available in the different package managers.

If I would decide, Gentoo and FreeBSD chapters would be removed. FreeBSD also has uncomplete instructions. I would place these as FAQ notes in the wiki instead.

I would agree. OOo provides the Java installer, plus the deb and rpm packages for Linux. This is what we should document. If we try to cover all possible scenarios with Linux... we could be here for years :-)

I've removed these now, but kept the formatted text. I will add them to the wiki later this week.
