You're right, so I've changed the instructions accordingly. I have
replaced the old instructions completely for Linux and Solaris with the
new Java Installer as it cares about all the details with the RPM and
pkgadd commands and thus is the recommended way. I have a Fedora machine
and will probably provide the screenshots for installation.

cd Ooo_3.1.0_LinuxIntel_install_wJRE_en-US
Note: The directory name above might differ depending upon what
you extracted in the tar step.
5. Start the setup program and follow the instructions.
./setup
6. Exit the superuser shell:
exit
