My personal preference would be to create a Category <NL>/<Documentation> (where <Documentation> is the localized term) as subcategory of Documentation (as I have done for DE/Dokumentation)
To do this we need to enlist the help of people from the various NLC communities.. I can't spell Documentation in Chinese... or Bulgarian.. :-)
