Since there don't appear to be many PRs that folks want merged in, I'm thinking of rolling out the release candidate on March 1st. That should give folks who want to get stuff in at the last minute enough time. Note that I'm on Indian time so I'll be half a day ahead of most other folks. Charles, that gives you your deadline :)
