pueden ayudarme con la traduccion de estas palabras?

bringing up a key icon in the box.) No se como figura en Base de OOo
"Actual Field"
(Design your form, without putting in the actual fields )
"clickable"
(the Form button becomes clickable). Se puede traducir como cliqueable?
