I took me some time, but I think there is a way to make the best of both worlds
(or at least something close to that), this is, make the static version work
fast and make use of indexes. What I am not sure about is that I will be able
to do this and on top reduce the number of inner classes (without making the
code hard to follow).
Give me a few days and I will be able to code this.
