Not sure I understand your (2) issue. Are you saying that the current implement
assumes that the attribute to be indexed is always the same time? If so, then
yes, that is probably true. In theory, though, probably not 100% correct. Even
then, there is a slight exception to this already, since it allows the value to
be a list type of the same type too.
