Someone would have to try it to see how it feels.  It be great of someone
besides me could do that.  My first thought is that you go and install
FlexJS 1.0 or 0.1 then go to the Flash Builder import SDK screens and it
offers up FlexJS 4.0 and you might get confused.  But if folks feel that's
better that's fine with me.
