If we name it 3.x then FB has other assumption about what SWCs are
available.  And we certainly can't get to 1 or 0.1.  I tried it.  You are
welcome to try to find a workaround.

The 4.12 nightly and RC is also doing so.  I didn't see anything in the
link you referenced that having unreleased code based on released code is
somehow better.  However, it might be better if we have some sort of
secret key we put on the dev list to add the nightly builds to the drop
down list.  That way we know you're following the dev list.

Unless someone has a better idea, I'll add that to the next installer I
push.
