Hi Sophie, Thanks for the nice document about requested chart features. Especially I like, that there is a picture and an issue number (if available) for each described feature. I am not so sure whether an issue is the right place to host this document. You need to query the issues or know the issue number first before you get the document that gives you an overview about the open chart issues. I would like to see such a document at a more prominent place. Maybe we can take this document as a basis to replace the existing FeatureWishList at http://graphics.openoffice.org/chart/featurewishes.html. What do you think about that?
You asked about the state of the chart module. The chart module is currently reimplemted from scratch to create a useable base to implement the missing features. The accessory childworkspace is 'chart2mst3'. I am not sure whether we can integrate it before 3.0. First we have to finish the reimplementation and there is still a lot of work. If you are interested in evaluating or testing the current state I maybe could provide some current builds for download.
