allow me one more comment. In the font fallback lists some properties are
often empty ("<value/>"). E.g. in the "Kodig" example I provided there are
these lines:
<prop�oor:name="SubstFontsMS"><value/></prop>
<prop�oor:name="SubstFontsPS">�<value/>�</prop>
<prop�oor:name="SubstFontsHTML"><value/></prop>
It is possible and advisable to remove lines of empty properties completely.
So on the one hand I like the "Kodig" example because it shows all there is
to see, on the other hand it is a little to verbose because of the empty
properties.
