I also fully support HertzBeat's graduation to a TLP. The project has
on-boarded a lot of new committers and PMC members since inception and
the community has been very active and helpful.
The release process has been smooth and I have seen many different
committers taking on the role of release manager, which is very
inclusive and encouraging.
HertzBeat is in a very good position to graduate as a TLP and I fully
support this move.

Dear Tom and HertzBeat Community,
I fully support Apache HertzBeat’s graduation to a Top-Level Project (TLP).
As a committer, I’ve witnessed firsthand how responsive and active the
community is—questions are addressed promptly, discussions are open and
constructive, and the documentation is well-maintained and beginner-friendly.
These are all strong indicators of a mature and sustainable project.
The project has consistently delivered high-quality releases, grown a diverse
contributor base, and upheld The Apache Way throughout incubation. I believe
HertzBeat is more than ready to graduate and thrive as a TLP.
Thanks to all mentors, PPMC members, and contributors for their dedication and
hard work.
Best regards,
