Dear Tom and the HertzBeat Community,

I am glad to see the graduation discussion of the Apache Hertzbeat project.

Since entering the incubator in April 2024, the project has made significant
progress. The growth indicators - over 271 contributors, 9 submitters, and 13
PPMC members - fully demonstrate the vitality and collaborative spirit of the
community.

I strongly support Apache Hertzbeat becoming a top-level project. From my
initial code contribution to becoming a committer, I have witnessed the
flourishing development of Apache Hertzbeat. I believe that in the future,
Apache Hertzbeat will attract more developers and expand to a wider user base

Best regards,
pwallk
