Dear Tom and Hertzbeat Community,
As an Apache HertzBeat Committer, I completely support for its promotion to an
Apache Top-Level Project (TLP). Apache HertzBeat, our easy-to-use, open source,
real-time monitoring system, has shown remarkable growth and maturity within
the Apache Incubator.

It's ready for TLP status for these key reasons:
Strong Community & Active Development: HertzBeat boasts a vibrant, growing
community and consistent progress With 271+ contributors, 9 committed
committers, and 13 PPMC members. We have built a robust and diverse community.
Technical Maturity: The project is a stable, robust observability platform.
We've integrated mature and widely used technology in it and its code
robustness is growing steadily.
Adherence to "The Apache Way": We've fully embraced Apache's open, transparent,
and meritocratic principles.

Promoting Apache HertzBeat as an Apache Top-Level Project (TLP) will give it
the autonomy needed to thrive, attract more contributors, and solidify its
place as a leading open-source monitoring solution.

Best regards,
Calvin
