Hi Vinoth,

Regarding [1], I recommend committers or contributors look more at jira, GH
issues, slack channels to provide some help if neccesary, but due to some
time constraints, some people may not check these often, so I agree to use
rotation to triage issues to alleviate pressure on just on person. Also I
think it is necessary to evaluate again now whether to close GH issues,
just do one batch process and then unified the entrypoint using jira
management. it will save us a lot of time.

Regarding [2], As for me, I will take a rough look at all PRs and assign it
to myself if appropriate. I suggest committers should look more to all PRs
and take the responsibility for reviewing, contibutors are also highly
encouraged, and it should also be an important indicator for measuring the
contribution to community.

Regarding [3], Due to the different circumstances of each person, it is not
easy to make some suggestions. but when pinged to review or answer
questions, if no reply more than 2 days, we can ping someone else to deal
with or ping him through other Instant Message(Slack), it's really hard to
make valuable suggestions.

In general, the development of the community will only get better and
better if everyone contributes as much as possible to the community.

Best,
Leesf
