Hi Toni,

thank you for the proposal, but I am very confused.

If it is a proposal on what we as Apache Kie Community we intend as
discussion, proposal and vote and the related processes, I think the wiki
page you created is veyr far from that.

I would expect something like

[DISCUSSION]
- what we intend for discussion
- general rules for discussion
- conflict resolution in case of stall

and so on.

Am I missing something?
