Paolo, I did not want to limit the discussion in any way. Only note I have is that unless the discussion is in this mailing list it did not happen for the whole community. That is one of the root rules at Apache.
I am however trying to highlight that discussion without action items can be informative, but it lacks action. Action items can be: creating a ticket, opening a Proposal or a Vote, making a PR. Making an action should be made clear for the community so there are no assumptions that something was acted on, will be acted on or decision was made. As an example we talked about the release cycle in ML [DISCUSSION], but no release has been planned based on that cycle. Therefore no action has been taken or is planned since there is nobody assigned to act on it.
