Review comment:
So, if the arbitrarily chosen buffer is full we throw an exception and quit
? this does not look right. Zeppelin for example sends notebooks via websocket,
that is a lot of data and easily overrun the buffer size. It would be useful to
expose this as a config param like @smolnar82 suggested.
