Not really, no.  The one for "am" is simply a translation of "before"
(since it's a 3 letter word in Serbian), and while it is
understandable if one sees both before and after variants, I'm sure
people will be surprised at what does "12 before" mean.  I'll discuss
the issue with other Serbian folks into linguistic issues, but until
then, I guess am/pm combo is the best.
