When two or more identical English strings have the same hotkey, they
make a single entry in the PO file. It is possible that in the
translation different hotkeys are needed for each ID. That's all.
Translated strings, at least in main menus do not need hotkeys at all.
When you remove hotkey marks from translation, OO.o puts them in menus
automatically (and all unique!). Btw, translator cannot so or so ensure
that all hotkeys are unique, because at least Edit menu is dynamic - the
content and hotkeys for first entries change (Cannot undo - Undo
whatever, Cannot redo - Redo whatever, heh, I do not understand why
string 'Cannot undo' or was it 'Nothing to undo' needs hotkey...).
