Translation deadline for 2.3
For anyone else terminally confused by the release process, this
should probably be "2.4".

is December 13th, 2007 which is also the bug fixing deadline for all
language relevant issues. After this deadline only very critical
l10n bugs will be fixed.
BTW, I thought after 2.1 we were supposed to move to 6-month
releases. What happened?
Release date for 2.4 is March 4th....
