What I personally saw there is a framework for programming localizable
applications and for using the localized information.
Nothing about the localization process itself, and nothing (afaik)
that has not been already produced by other teams in other ways (like
gettext for ex).
The pages would gain a lot if they explained how the new l20n concept
is going to be different from already existing approaches, and how
that is going to produce different and eventually more efficient
workflows for localizers, which should be, in the end, one of the
points of all those sophisticated technical discussions...
